- Admins are there to make sure that everyone's playing by the rules, please respect then and while you're at it just respect everyone else as well. Just makes things a whole lot easier.
- When you're talking to people in general be considerate. It this world you have to be careful what you say. So if you want to be racist, sexist, etc.. that's your right but don't go flaunting it to everyone, it's their right to not want to hear it. No fighting out of character either because it's super annoying. Be a decent person and just toughen up.
- There is no character limit as long as you keep them all active. Don't go making any extra characters when you can't keep up with the ones you already have. And keep in mind that some of them will end up dead anyway because of the disease that they have. Cures won't be found for all of them. Characters must be accepted by a specified admin before you are allowed to roleplay. This makes it easier for us to keep track of what sorts of characters there are and make sure that no one goes overboard.
- Absolutely NO powerplaying or godmoding will be tolerated because it takes all the fun out of it and doesn't give the person you are roleplaying with the freedom to let their character react to what your character has done. It would be like paralyzing you then telling you to fight back.
- Any pictures that you have should be appropriately sized so that they don't stretch the boards or anything like that. 450 pixels is the widest you can go so please don't go any wider. The height shouldn't be too much either because otherwise it just gets really annoying, especially as signatures because all you keep seeing is this huge picture filling up your screen.
- The minimum post length is 200 words. That's easy to get if you're descriptive and it gives the person who has to reply a little bit more to work with. If you're having trouble getting that amount of words then just ask for help and I'm sure someone will help you. I know I will.
- Use proper grammar and spelling. A few mistakes are fine but there is a spell check for you to use if you know you're no good at spelling so please use it. If you don't use proper grammar for specific reasons to do with the way your post looks then that's fine too. I know some people who don't use capitals at all and it looks pretty good sometimes.
- We want DRAMA. It makes things more fun and keeps people interested. So go ahead and let your creative minds loose. Just remember to warn people in the title if the thread might contain scenes they might not want to read about.
- DO NOT STEAL Anything that is connected to this site or the people on this site. It's unimaginably rude and unnecessary. If you can't think of your own ideas or make your own pictures then just ask, someone should help you out with any of those things.
- If you're going to join just to be inactive then don't bother. We want ACTIVE members who will come on and post regularly. I don't want this site to die. Anyone who does not have a valid reason to reply to any of the random activity checks will lose their accounts.
- Please don't pester other members to reply to your posts. They will do it when they're good and ready. Telling them to post over and over again will just make them ill-tempered and then their posts will lack quality. We want people to stay happy and enjoy posting.
